My name is Patricia Andrade and I am the Manager at Alpha Child Care Ltd., at the Peter Robonson location. I received my ECE diploma in 1999 from Sheridan College. In September of 1999, my journey began with Alpha Child Care working full time in the Infant classroom.

Alpha has given me many opportunities to grow and develop as I have advanced from a student, supply teacher, lead teacher, Assistant Supervisor to Supervisor. Over the past 16 years, I have had a lot of experience with all age groups and was promoted to become Assistant Supervisor in July of 2008, I worked very closely with Mary Soundy (Manager of Operations and Development) who has mentored me to become the leader I am today. I have presented many workshops to Alpha staff, to ensure they continue to grow and develop within the year.

During my spare time, I love to sit under the sun and read novels, relax with my husband Mitch and my Pitbull, Shady. I also love to relax in the back yard with family and friends and enjoy a BBQ. I often go for nature walks and enjoy the outdoors. If you have any questions, concerns or if you would like just to chit-chat my door is always open.
