Behaviour Management:
Our goal is to teach your child positive ways of solving problems and help them develop conflict resolutions skills with love, respect and understanding. We avoid any loss of self-respect, shaming or labelling and explain what is appropriate and inappropriate behaviour. We also acknowledge feelings, as well as set limits and guidelines. Children are taught and encouraged to "use their words" in order to obtain the appropriate desired results.

Alpha staff are trained in the ‘Setting the Stage’ techniques for behaviour management. All staff are required to participate in Setting the Stage training and refresher courses at least every two years. For more information visit: http://www.cdrcp.com/educat_bmgmt.html
