At Alpha, we believe that self-esteem and social skills are the most important aspects of a child’s development. These attributes lay the foundation for learning with confidence. Every child develops in a unique way and it is our job, as caregivers, to respect their individuality. A child with good self-esteem will seek learning, will love to try new activities, and will feel comfortable handling the social situations that come with learning through play.
In order for children to learn at their maximum potential their environment must give them a sense of comfort and security. Alpha strives to maintain a family atmosphere at all times in order to put children at ease while in our care. Children will receive lots of hugs and attention if they are feeling lonely or upset.

At Alpha we understand the pressures of being a parent, and we do our best to assist parents with their busy lives. Alpha parents are encouraged to meet with Teachers, Supervisors, and Managers in order to develop strategies to help with issues at home.
